Since the beginning, we’ve had a radical idea: make unapologetic, explicitly trans affirming shirts and accessories.  

Started in 2010, Legalize Trans is the oldest trans-affirming t-shirt company in the world. We began as a top surgery fundraiser and tongue-in-cheek response to American Apparel's “Legalize Gay” t-shirt line. Soon, our shirts took on a life of their own!  Legalize Trans shirts, stickers, and buttons are conversation starters. They emphasize visibility, inclusion, and uniqueness.

Legalize Trans shirts have been a staple at the Philadelphia Transgender Wellness Conference, spotted on Hulu’s Pride, and have shipped to over two dozen countries.
